I have bared all through my blog – the highlights, the (not so) highlights,
and the downright lows.
So let me clarify two things – Firstly, the session I have blogged below,
is an absolute career highlight for me.
A couple of days before their scheduled Sydney Beloved session, Kel explained
to me that she’d like to propose to Chelle during her session. I customised
a Beloved invite (cue) that I knew would work well for them as a couple, along
with the intention of Kel asking Chelle to be her wife.
To this day, I have never been more honoured to be able to capture something
as I was to be able to capture this.
Which brings me to my second point, I think it is important – and should be known –
that I am absolutely 110% in support of marriage equality and I can only hope our
ridiculous government hurries up and realises how behind the times they really are.
I adore my LGBTI clients, and can’t wait until I can capture a same-sex wedding to
truly complete my portfolio 🙂
Now, back to Kel & Chelle. When I first met them for their initial consultation,
I knew they would love the Beloved technique – completely raw interactions and
a creative space for them to show the world how much they mean to each other.
And I knew the technique would love them – which is evident in their photos.
Girls, all the best for your Wedding planning & I cannot wait to watch this
beautiful adventure you are about to embark on.
